Cimmer is a California CPA (#70422), a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, and a Xero Certified Advisor with over 20 years of Finance and Accounting experience. She has a B.A. in Economics from UC Davis and did her Post Baccalaureate in Accounting at San Jose State. She got her CPA training at PriceWaterhouse Coopers and has worked in leadership roles at numerous Silicon Valley companies, from tiny venture backed start-ups to name brand, publicly-traded firms. She grew up in Portola Valley, CA and being a Silicon Valley native, she embodies the entrepreneurial spirit. Cimmer's focus at JumpStart CPAs is Business Development and Quality Control. Outside of the professional realm, Cimmer is a lifelong Equestrian who has won numerous Championships in jumping competitions. She is also a fitness fanatic and has amazing 10 year old twin boys.
Kendra Boyer-Ritch, CPA

Kendra is a California CPA (#108035) and a Xero Certified Advisor with 9 years of Accounting experience. She has a B.S. in Animal Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and did her Post Baccalaureate in Accounting at Hayward State. She got her CPA training at Armanino LLP and has worked primarily with small companies and start-ups focusing on accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting. Her industry experience includes Real Estate, Equestrian Related, Construction, and Professional Services. Kendra is very personable, detail oriented and provides excellent customer service. Kendra has worked with QuickBooks Online and Xero Accounting software for 7 years! Outside of the professional realm, Kendra is an avid and competitive Equestrian, a published writer, and is married with two adorable young children.
Ivonne Delao,

Ivonne is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and an EA Candidate with 16 years of Finance, Accounting and Tax experience. She has a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Miami and an MBA in Accounting from George Washington University. While working in public accounting, Ivonne completed over 3,600 personal and business tax returns. Her industry experience includes Construction, Real Estate, Retail, Restaurants and Professional Services. Ivonne is very high energy with a strong work ethic and customer service focus. Outside of the professional realm, Ivonne is a competitive athlete in running and soccer. She was an All-American soccer player in College! She also enjoys cooking and spending time with her awesome Green Beret husband and Labradoodle named "Liberty Bell".

Ben has an MBA from Harvard University and holds BS Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan. Ben spent 15 years at Asset Management Ventures as a Partner where he led their early stage Information Technology & Life Sciences Fund. Prior to working as a Venture Capitalist, Ben was an Entrepreneur and co-founded two successful Technology companies. He started his career at Lockheed Martin as a Hardware/Software Engineer and spent time at Sun Microsystems in both Engineering and Marketing.
